Network Atlas and similar tools provide network information based on various discovery protocols. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of:

• Device identification or vendor information
• Service detection results
• IP or MAC address information
• Any other network data presented

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zarware and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our Services
• Damages resulting from any third-party conduct or content

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
